Parrone Engineering Announces New Hires

August 7, 2008 - Parrone Engineering is proud to announce the addition of Kelly Hastings and David Soper to the firm.

Kelly Hastings has been hired as a Junior Design Engineer. Her responsibilities include design and plan preparation and working with processing agencies. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and brings three years of experience to her position. Hastings formerly worked for Jacobs in Washington, D.C.

David Soper brings two years of experience to his position as Survey Technician, where he is responsible for obtaining survey data and producing related drawings. He attended Alfred State College for Surveying and Engineering Technologies. Soper previously worked for BME Associates.
