UNIVERSITY OF ROCHESTER DANDELION SQUARE EXTENSION Parrone Engineering was commissioned by the University of Rochester to design a new pedestrian walkway that would extend from Fraternity Row to Wilson Commons. First, the firm was responsible for completing a topographic survey and construction stakeout of the site. This step is essential to the planning and design process.
