THE SUMMIT FEDERAL CREDIT UNION BRANCH FACILITY Parrone Engineering was commissioned by The Summit Federal Credit Union to perform the site design for two (2) branch facilities in the Rochester/Buffalo area. The first site is located at 5641 Transit Road in the Town of Clarence. A 4,660-square-foot facility was constructed on a 1.38-acre site in the Town of Clarence. The second site is located at 2144 and 2148 Penfield Road in the Town of Penfield. This site consists of a 4,265- square-foot facility that was constructed on a .98-acre site. Design services included site design and planning, site lighting, landscaping, parking facilities, sanitary sewers, and stormwater management.
